Yoga has played a huge part in my life over the last 6 years. I look back at my old self & realise what an amazing difference it's made. I'm healthier, stronger & happier than I've ever been.
I'm lucky to have been taught by several incredibly gifted teachers in London, all inspiring in their own ways, & it gradually dawned on me that I too wanted to teach, to be able to share what I’ve learned over the years.
I trained under the hugely experienced Dylan Ayaloo, learning a style of Vinyasa Yoga originally developed by Baron Baptiste, Dylan's teacher.
I teach a flowing, energetic & creative Vinyasa class, aimed at working all the main muscle groups. I like to create challenging sequences that build in peaks throughout the class leaving you focused, fulfilled & ready for whatever life may throw your way ☮︎
