Yoga has played a huge part in my life. I look back at my old self & realise what an amazing difference it's made. I'm healthier, stronger & happier than I've ever been.
I'm lucky to have been taught by several incredibly gifted teachers in London, all inspiring in their own ways, & it gradually dawned on me that I too wanted to teach & share what I’ve learned over the years.
I trained under the hugely experienced Dylan Ayaloo, learning a style of Vinyasa Flow called Power Yoga, originally developed by Baron Baptiste, Dylan's teacher.

I teach a deep, flowing & energetic Vinyasa class with focus on alignment & the deep connection we can create between our mind, breath & body. I like to create challenging, often playful sequences that will leave you fulfilled & ready for whatever life may throw your way.
